Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Planning & Organizing
1. Analyzes business conditions and trends in the assigned Sari-Sari Stores (SSB/X Accounts).
2. Familiarizes with Sari Sari Stores (SSB/X Accounts) in his assigned coverage area.
3. Prepares and updates on a quarterly basis the accounts master list, account and area profile of each block and their maps in accordance with established sequential routing coverage system.
4. Organizes a daily, weekly & monthly coverage plan to ensure regular coverage of all pre-listed accounts in all the blocks.
5. Strictly implements itinerary schedule of area and account/ outlet coverage, sales and collection.
6. Plans the efficient & effective placement of the standard must-carry products based on Be Hapi template and manages their continuous availability based on the products performance per account.
7. Plans the efficient & effective strategic product display (Hot Spot Displays) in all his Accounts.
8. Strictly implements standardized SRP for the SSB/X must-carry products based on Be Hapi template and determine desired results as discussed by the sales team.
9. Develops good trade relations with the outlet owners.
10. Maintains up-to-date records of accounts and each block or area.
Salary:
₱17,000.00 Monthly
