Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Releases petty cash fund.
2.AR Trade Full Invoice & payment discrepancy.
a. Statement of Account (SOA) preparation and invoice release.
b. Validation of system AR vs. actual monitoring.
c. Collection Report - Uncollected PDCs based on target collection date.
d. Gets DSP commitment for uncollected AR.
e.AR Phone Audit (100% Overdue) with Log.
f. Preparation of Credit Memo (CM)/Debit Memo (DM).
3.BO Validation.
a. Reconcile total trade BO encoded in the system vs. return to principal.
b. Check BO Credit memo.
4.Billings of trade deductions.
5. Audit
a. Facilitate truck inventory result.
b. System inventory adjustment.
c. Conduct minimum 3 times per week recount for in-base trucks. At least once a week for out base trucks.
6. Observes safety and the need for continuous awareness of the company on-going safety ………. .rules and practices;
7.Complies and ensures implementation of all company policies, rules and regulations.
8.Housekeeping practices of 5’s.
9.Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior and other officers.
