Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a customer experience strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and values.
Promote a customer-centric culture throughout the organization.
Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and other channels.
Develop strategies to streamline and improve the customer journey.
Regularly track and report on customer experience metrics.
Required Skills:

Have proven experience in developing and implementing customer initiatives.
Prior work experience as a CX strategist, consultant, or in a similar role is valuable.
Experience in financial services or consumer and retail industry would be a plus.
Familiarity with the specific change, expectations, and dynamics of industry can be advantageous.
Have successfully managed CX projects from start to finish, demonstration of change and achieve results.
Salary:
70.000,00 ₱ Monthly
