Job Description
-Develop and execute trade marketing plans and promotional strategies aligned with brand objectives and sales targets.
-Manage in-store activities including merchandising, display programs, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
-Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities to identify trade opportunities and threats.
-Collaborate with the sales team to develop channel-specific programs that enhance customer experience and product uptake.
-Work with retailers and distributors to ensure effective point-of-sale execution and compliance with brand guidelines.
Required Skills:
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
-With at least 3 years experience in a senior role in marketing with at least 3 years in a sales function
Additional Notes:
-This position will be working with a major diversified beverage company in the Philippines.
-Working Set-up: Onsite
-Mondays to Fridays.
