Job Description
-Plan, execute, and oversee internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance processes.
-Ensure the organization complies with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
-Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations.
-Work with department heads to develop and monitor corrective action plans.
-Assess the adequacy of policies, procedures, and processes to mitigate risk.
Required Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
-5-7 years of progressive experience in audit and compliance roles, preferably within FMCGindustry.
-Proven ability to develop and implement effective compliance programs.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
Additional Notes:
-This position will be working with a major diversified beverage company in the Philippines.
-Working Set-up: Onsite
-Mondays to Fridays.
