Job Description
Telecommunications Service Account – An account with a telecom provider (like AT&T, Verizon, Globe, etc.) for mobile, internet, or landline services.
Telco BPO Account – In a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) setting, a "telco account" often refers to working in a customer support role for a telecom client.
Telecommunications Billing or CRM Account – Related to system access used by telco employees or vendors.
Qualification:
Aleast 1 yr bpo experience required
HS Grad old up
Willing to work onsite
