Job Description
Inbound Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Outbound Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, renewals, feedback, or sales opportunities.
Promote products and services to potential and existing customers.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys or gather feedback.
Upsell or cross-sell when appropriate based on customer needs.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service or sales environment preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Working Conditions:
Office-based
Shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on business needs.
