Job Description
Handle a high volume of incoming customer phone calls.
Respond to customer and U.S. account management emails, when applicable.
Accurately enter customer orders, ensuring all information is correct prior to submission.
Verify sales representative assignment, pricing accuracy, and consistency with purchase order details.
Manage and process product returns.
Handle unwritten return requests, including direct communication with customers when necessary.
Provide post-sale support to help retain and satisfy customers.
Recommend products and services that best meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction.
Collaborate with the U.S.-based account management team to address customer service issues and support initiatives.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
Prior experience in consumer goods sales is preferred.
Fast learner capable of managing multiple tasks in a high-paced environment with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in English is required, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
