Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier relationships to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and distributors.
Monitor supply chain performance using key metrics and analytics.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.
Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain processes with business goals.
Manage and lead a team, providing guidance and training as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Experoence with Procurement for FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods)
