Job Description
- Manage and monitor the company’s daily cash balances
- Prepare cash report such as cash position, and bank reconciliation.
- Secure copy of bank reconciling item/s JV recorded by accounting.
- Responsible for securing that all disbursement were properly received (printed name and signed) and secure the corresponding official - receipt or acknowledgement receipt.
- Monitor receivable, deposit and advances to supplier, if any.
- Forecast cash requirement.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures in day-to-day conduct and supervision of cash management activities
- Recommend and implement improvements to current cash management processes
- Perform other assignments as requested from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 3-4 years of related experience.
- Training skills is a plus
- Intermediate personal computer skills including application in Microsoft Office suite and demonstrated accuracy of data entry.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced professional environment
- Participates in professional development activities and maintains professional affiliations
