Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, personable, and presentable Sales Staff to join our team at Rustan's Department Store, Makati. In this front-facing retail role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs, and maintaining a professional and welcoming store atmosphere. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and comfortable working long hours in a fast-paced retail environment.
Position Details:
Location: Rustan's Department Store, Makati
Schedule: Mall hours (12 hours/day), 6 days a week
Rest Day: 1 day off per week
Salary: Competitive package with benefits
Qualifications:
✔ Female, aged 18–30
✔ Presentable and professional appearance
✔ Energetic and personable, with excellent customer service skills
