Job Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2.Experience in sales, customer service, or franchise development (preferred)
3.Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in virtual settings
4.Ability to build rapport and trust with potential franchisees
5.Self-motivated and organized with excellent follow-up skills

Job Description
•Orientation: Conduct virtual orientation sessions for new and prospective franchisees, guiding them through company values, operations, and processes.
•Selling Franchise Packages: Present and promote franchise opportunities to qualified leads through engaging presentations and one-on-one Zoom calls. Address objections and clearly communicate the value proposition.
•Zoom Meetings & Presentations: Organize and lead Zoom meetings with potential franchisees. Share company information, answer questions, and build relationships with interested prospects.
•Follow-Up Communication: Proactively follow up with leads via email, phone, and virtual meetings to move them through the sales funnel. Maintain accurate records of communication and lead status.
