Sales and Marketing Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Supervisor who can lead strategic marketing initiatives and support sales execution across multiple product lines, including electrical components and switchgear systems. This role is ideal for a leader who combines strong sales acumen with creative marketing skills to generate leads, drive revenue, and strengthen brand positioning in the industry. You will play a key role in supervising the sales team, developing campaigns, and ensuring seamless coordination between marketing strategies and sales performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise day-to-day activities of the sales and marketing team to ensure sales targets and KPIs are met.
Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional campaigns to support sales initiatives.
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and lead generation efforts in targeted industries or regions.
Support technical sales efforts by coordinating with product and engineering teams for marketing materials, product information, and customer proposals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
Experience in switchgear systems or electrical products is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
