Job Description
• Assists in receiving, labeling, and storing incoming inventory items.
• Conducts regular inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Updates inventory management systems with stock movements (inbound/outbound).
• Monitors stock levels and report discrepancies or low-stock items.
• Assists in organizing warehouse stock layout for optimal efficiency.
• Coordinates with purchasing and sales teams to validate inventory requirements.
• Helps to address issues related to damaged, defective, or expired products.
• Follows safety and cleanliness standards in the warehouse.
• Drive delivery vehicles for local distribution of goods when necessary.
Qualifications
College Level or College Graduate, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
A valid driver’s license is required for delivery purposes (if applicable).
1–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics roles preferred.
Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, Word).
Familiarity with inventory management software or ECOUNT systems is a plus.
