Mandatory Skills:
Licensed Psychologist/Guidance Counselor
Master's degree holder in psychology/guidance counseling with at least 3 years of clinical/guidance counseling experience post-master's degree graduation.
Internal & Restricted Requirements/Qualifications:
A graduate degree (master's level) in a clinical field, with at least 3 years of clinical experience, familiar with assessments and clinical treatment strategies like cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices.
PRC license (RPsy or RGC), membership in a professional organization.
An inherent interest in the area of mental health, resilience, coping skills, and positive psychology.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills to coordinate, manage, and evaluate programs as you collaborate with the different stakeholders.
Be driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and innovative in your approach, and be flexible, conscientious, willing to grow, and take pride in your work contributions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Proactively assist in the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of the Wellbeing and Resilience Programs and initiatives for all employees at the Cebu location, from managers to the reviewers.
Liaison and partner with the identified internal and external stakeholders—like the business and operations teams and third-party vendors - to ensure the smooth execution of the Wellbeing and Resilience programs.
Have open, timely, and effective communication and proactively give feedback, as this is critical to the success of these programs.
