Job Description

Essential Functions and Basic Duties:
-Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients, patients, and referrals.
-Make outbound calls to qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and re-engage existing customers.
-Identify customer needs, gather key information, and prioritize sales efforts accordingly.
-Promote products to healthcare providers and generate new business opportunities.
-Educate customers on products, pricing, and benefits to support sales.
-Assist in generating referrals and expanding the customer base.
-Handle both inbound and outbound calls, including courtesy and confirmation calls.
-Maintain accurate patient records and update demographics as needed.
-Document client interactions, clinical progress, and compliance updates.
-Ensure proper product flow, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
-Resolve client issues, take corrective actions, and follow up as needed.
-Process patient information, secure necessary documentation, and coordinate with internal departments.
-Communicate with billing for proper insurance processing and maintain accurate records.
-Perform general office tasks like data entry, filing, and document handling.
-Review and reconcile sales orders and patient schedules.
-Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-Prior experience or exposure in healthcare support roles is an advantage.
-1 to 5 years of experience in the BPO industry, preferably in technical support or customer service.
-Ability to adapt and learn quickly within a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
-Availability to work within the business hours of our US-based clients.
