Job Description
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field.
-3 years of experience in sales and sales team management.
-Weekly sales reporting and nationwide operations business development
-Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
-Experience in recruiting, training, and developing sales professionals.
-Capability to implement performance improvement plans and coaching strategies.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office and excel.
