Job Description

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards, and managing the performance of store personnel. This role involves leading operational efforts, conducting audits, addressing operational issues, and ensuring that all operational functions are carried out efficiently and in line with company guidelines.

Duties:
- Operational Oversight & Compliance
- Responsible for overall performance of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Conducts regular spot checks to ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and the brand promise.
- Reviews and addresses audit findings, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Monitors store hours, ensuring proper scheduling of shifts to optimize store operations.
- Oversees and tracks team attendance to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Approves overtime requests as needed based on operational demands.
- Addresses blotter findings, ensuring quick and accurate resolutions.
- Ensures store maintenance and facilities are properly managed and address any immediate issues promptly.
- Operational Efficiency & Support
- Ensures smooth store operations by overseeing various functions such as inventory management, customer service, and staff performance.
- Supports operational processes by implementing procedures that ensure the smooth running of daily store activities.
- Collaborates with the Operations Manager to address any operational disruptions and ensure minimal impact on store performance.
- Audit & Compliance Management
- Ensures store operations comply with audit procedures and internal controls.
- Acts on audit findings and ensure that necessary corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
- Ensures that all operations comply with company policies, contracts, and legal regulations.
- Data Accuracy & Issue Resolution
- Reviews and resolves data errors related to store operations such as sales, inventory, and attendance.
- Addresses canceled invoices, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and proper documentation is maintained.
- Works with the Operations Manager to resolve operational issues and streamline processes to prevent future occurrences.
- Team Management & Performance Support
- Proactively monitors branch personnel’s discipline, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Monitors and ensures compliance with grooming standards for branch personnel, including proper uniform and ID usage.
- Supervises and provides guidance to store personnel to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Assists in training, coaching, and mentoring store staff to improve overall performance.
- Addresses employee relations issues and supports a productive and positive work environment.
- Conducts performance evaluations for team members and provides feedback for development.
- Process Improvement & Operational Monitoring
- Identifies areas for process improvement within store operations and collaborates with the Operations - Monitors store performance, report on metrics, and work toward achieving operational goals.
- Assists in the implementation of company policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and improve efficiency.
- Customer Service & Issue Resolution
- Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by overseeing customer service efforts and resolving complaints.
- Ensures that store staff follow best practices in customer service, helping to maintain a positive shopping - experience.

Other Duties:
- Performs other related duties as assigned to support branch operations and company objectives.
- Demonstrates flexibility to travel to branches to support operational requirements.
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in retail operations, with a proven track record of success in supervising store operations
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both in oral or in writing
- Analytical thinking skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and can work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Hardworking, dedicated, and a team player
- Willingness to travel regularly to visit store locations
Salary:
₱30,000.00 Monthly
