Job Description
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or policies.
Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and escalate complex cases as needed.
Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
Stay updated with company products, services, and policy changes.
Follow communication scripts and adhere to company procedures.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Uphold a positive and professional attitude to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications:
At least Senior High School graduate
Minimum of 1 year Call Center experience
At least 6 months Call Center Experience or Travel Experience
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Must be willing to work on-site in Taguig
