Job Description
We are looking for a Travel Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of customer contact experience (CCE) in the travel industry. If you have experience assisting customers with travel-related inquiries and a passion for the travel industry, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with travel-related inquiries such as booking flights, hotel reservations, and car rentals.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues, addressing concerns, and answering questions related to travel products and services.
Offer tailored travel solutions, helping customers with their specific needs and preferences.
Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications to travel arrangements efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, policies, and regulations to provide accurate information.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed performance targets related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.
Qualifications:
At least a Senior High School (SHS) graduate (or equivalent).
B2 CEFR proficiency in English or higher, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
At least 1 year of customer contact experience (CCE) in the travel industry (e.g., travel agency, airline, hotel booking).
Strong understanding of travel products (flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, etc.).
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in booking and processing travel arrangements.
Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
