Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies encompassing compensation structures, benefits programs, incentives, and recognition initiatives.
-Oversee salary structures, job evaluations, and benchmarking to maintain market competitiveness.
-Design and administer competitive employee benefits packages, including health, retirement, and wellness programs.
-Ensure adherence to local labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.
-Leverage compensation and benefits data to drive informed decision-making and optimize total rewards effectiveness.

Required Skills:
-Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field; postgraduate degree preferred.
-Minimum of 7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
-At least 3 years of supervisory/management experience in the field.
-Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive Total Rewards strategic plans.
-Experience with Workday and HR information systems is preferred.
-Background in a multinational environment, particularly in BPO, call center, financial, or service sectors, with a workforce of at least 1,500.
-Strong skills in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.

Additional Notes:
This position will be working with American consumer financial services company.

Working Set-up: Hybrid
Mondays to Fridays.
Salary:
₱190,000.00 Monthly
