Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Onsite Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team in Cebu City. This role demands a proven track record of success in a BPO environment, with a strong emphasis on hard selling and outbound sales. The ideal candidate will be adept at exceeding targets and possess exceptional communication and persuasive skills. Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, clearly and persuasively presenting our products or services.
• Employ effective hard-selling techniques to overcome objections and close sales.
• Meet and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge and stay updated on new offerings.
• Accurately record call outcomes and relevant customer information in our CRM system.
• Follow established call scripts and procedures while adapting to individual customer needs.
• Identify and qualify potential leads.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive and target-focused work environment.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience as a Telemarketer within a BPO setting.
• Proven track record of success in hard selling and outbound sales.
• Exceptional ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Must be willing and able to work on-site in Cebu City.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented attitude.
