Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate a child-centered, hands-on learning environment based on Montessori principles
2. Guide students in activities that promote independence, creativity, and holistic development
3. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom atmosphere
4. Observe and document each child’s progress and provide feedback to parents
5. Collaborate with fellow educators and school staff for curriculum planning and enrichment activities
6. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
