Job Description
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with Montessori and DepEd standards
Foster a classroom environment that supports independence, critical thinking, and love for learning
Assess and monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents
Create a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere that encourages kindness and cooperation
Maintain accurate student records and prepare necessary reports
Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and school staff for enrichment activities and events
Communicate effectively with parents and participate in parent-teacher conferences
