Homebased Online English / ESL Teacher (Remote)

We are seeking for passionate and skilled Homebased Online English Teachers (ESL Teachers) who would like to join our growing and dynamic community and dedicated to teaching English Language to global students. As an Online ESL teacher with English Fact, s/he will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English lessons to students in a virtual environment. S/he is an experienced educator with a knack for making language learning fun and accessible.

Key Responsibilities :
Delivers online ESL lessons to non-native speakers
Uses interactive tools and technology to enhance the online learning experience
Assesses student progress and provides regular feedback to students and parents
Maintains an open and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues
Participates in ongoing professional development and training sessions

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, or any related field (Master’s degree preferred)
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is a plus
Minimum of 2 years of ESL teaching experience (online teaching experience is a plus)
Proficient in using online teaching platforms and technology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create a positive and supportive online learning environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Passionate about teaching and helping students succeed

Technical Requirements :
At least 10mbps wired internet connection
Laptop/desktop core i5/i7 or AMD equivalent
High-definition webcam
Noise-cancelling headset

Rates : PhP45 for 25-minute class
PhP100 for 50-minute class
**There will be a 20% increase in pay rates for employees working in graveyard shift

Schedule : 5-hour shift (7pm-12am)
2 weeks training upon hiring
