Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

eCommerce Strategy & Brand Development: Develop/implement strategies; oversee account management.
Onboarding & Launch: Assist/approve onboarding; manage consultations.
Content Management: Review/approve content; address issues/corrections.
Promotion & Campaigns: Review calendars/guidelines/implementation; secure assets.
Inventory & Operations: Coordinate transfers/inbound stock; manage allocation; approve actions.
Reporting & Performance: Approve/submit business reviews (sales, performance, evaluation).
Marketplace Liaison: Collaborate with brands/marketplaces; optimize presence/performance.
Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (Warehouse, Operations, Creatives, Data, Finance).
Team Management: Manage team development/performance.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tagalog, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet applications.
Strong willingness and eagerness to learn new skills and go the extra mile to achieve goals.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
Demonstrated people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate and build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
High-energy, proactive approach with sound business acumen and strong problem-solving skills.
Strong sales and technical aptitude, with a genuine interest in working in channels, emerging technologies, and startups.
Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently, effectively plan projects, and manage own time and priorities.
Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to take on and create new assignments and initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in managing brands or key accounts, negotiating partnerships and conditions, defining, and following through on deliverables.
Lean Six Sigma knowledge.
