Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Offline Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing on-ground marketing campaigns, coordinating local events, managing promotional activities, and building strong brand presence across the North Luzon region. This role involves extensive travel and strong collaboration with sales and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and monitor offline marketing campaigns tailored to the North Luzon market.
Coordinate and execute local events, activations, trade shows, and community engagements.
Develop partnerships with local organizations, schools, government units, and influencers to boost brand visibility.
Supervise distribution and placement of marketing collaterals (posters, brochures, banners, etc.).
Provide regular market insights and competitor analysis specific to the North Luzon area.
Ensure all on-ground activities are aligned with national branding guidelines and campaign goals.
Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of offline marketing initiatives.
Work closely with the Sales, Digital Marketing, and Branding teams for campaign alignment and support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in field marketing, events, or brand activations.
Familiarity with North Luzon territories and willing to travel frequently within the region.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); design skills (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) are a plus.
