Job Description

'Job Summary:
We seek a highly motivated Sales Executive with experience in the building, elevator/escalator, or HVAC (air conditioning installation) industries. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in a similar field and will be responsible for building strong relationships with real estate developers, condominium property owners, and architectural design firms to promote our vertical transportation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
・Promote Fujitec’s elevator and escalator solutions to new and existing clients.
・Develop relationships with real estate developers, condominium property owners, general contractors, and architectural firms.
・Identify new sales opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
・Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and presentations.
・Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, project management, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery.
・Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
・Achieve sales targets and prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
・Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

・Gender: Male or Female
・Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred
・1–2 years of sales experience in the construction industry, elevator/escalator sector, or HVAC (air conditioning installation) companies.
・Existing network or experience dealing with real estate developers, condominium owners, or architectural/design firms is highly preferred.
・Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
・Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
・Must be willing to travel or be assigned to project sites when required.
・Can join ASAP

Working schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30-17:30
