Job Description
Role Description
Conduct site survey, scoping and coordination meetings.
Design structured cabling, CCTV, access control, PABX and FDAS systems and generate Bill of Materials.
Provide pre-sales engineering services by demonstrating a solid understanding of security and surveillance solutions to existing and potential customers.
Supervise and manage site deployment/installation.
Assist during project installation and coordination.
Project Documentation.
Provide on-site and remote support on customer technical inquiries and concerns.
Troubleshooting structured cabling, CCTV, access control, PABX and FDAS systems.
Qualifications
Must possess Bachelor’s / College Degree / Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in either of the following: Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering.
Knowledge in CCTV and Access Control is a must
Knowledge in Network Infrastructure; Structured Cabling, LAN/WLAN, Switches, etc. is an advantage.
Knowledge in installation and configuration of CCTV, Structured Cabling, Access Points, PABX, Access Control is an advantage.
Skills: CAD Design, Project Management, Network Troubleshooting
Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
With at least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field especially in troubleshooting.
Willing to do on-site works and travel, team player, can work under pressure, good communication skills.
