Junior Sales Engineer

E are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to drive our business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for combining technical knowledge with sales strategies to promote and sell our engineering solutions, products, or services to clients in construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through client meetings, calls, and presentations

Understand client needs and propose customized technical solutions

Collaborate with engineering and project teams to create accurate proposals, quotations, and technical documentation

Conduct site visits and technical discussions to support the sales process

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations

Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain a strong understanding of products, services, industry trends, and competitors

Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key decision-makers

Report sales activity, pipeline updates, and client feedback to management regularly

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)

Proven experience in technical sales or business development (1-3+ years preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and persuasive manner

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Willing to travel for client meetings and site inspections

Preferred Attributes:
Experience in construction, general contracting, or technical industries

Licensed Engineer is a plus
