Primary maintenance provider for the Philippine Navy through the US Foreign Military Sales program (FMS), performing emergency repairs, extended voyage repairs, dry dockings and dispatching specialized teams to inspect and accomplish mission essential emergent repairs.

Job Description

• Responsible for coordinating and administering daily human resources activities to support operating departments.

• Serves as a liaison to all Subicdock employees with regards to the interaction with government agencies regarding compliance to the workers mandatory government requirements.

• Responsible for providing administrative and staff support services for all department, directs and assists visitors to resolve administrative inquiries and problems as well as preparing the required administrative report/documents.

• Maintains and updates files and records of employment, training, certificates. Employees evaluation, promotion, investigation report, discipline/dismissal and other relevant human resource data.

• Recruitment for suitable manpower, schedule interviews/appointments and process the hiring as per request of the department managers.

• Establish the follow-up system including evaluation of manpower competence through coordination with the department managers.

• Perform the other duties and functions as follows: recruiting & staffing; organizational departmental planning; performance management and improvement system; organization development; policy development and documentation; employee relations; compensation and benefits administration; employee services and counseling.
