Job Title: Sales Team Leader
The primary function of a Sales Team leader includes working closely with groups, corporations, and communities to alleviate the financial strain of health care and future medical expenses including in-patient and out-patient care, emergency services, dental care, consultations, laboratory tests, and more. The Sales Team Leader will deeply promote health insurance awareness, guide members, and contribute to the Sales Team's overall target. The role involves orientating and explaining product features with potential clients and addressing customer inquiries engaging them into lifetime business partnerships.

Responsibilities:
Handles a sales team
Monitor individual and team performances
Drives and meets required sales quota together with the team
Provides feedback to team to improve performances
Manages retention and attrition
Attends sessions to maintain or improve the level of skills of the members

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Insurance, Business, Healthcare, Customer Service or a similar discipline) or an equivalent solid background selling experience.
Must be deeply committed to nurturing the well-being of our members
Good understanding of insurance, healthcare concepts, policies, and practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements is a plus but not required.
Organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
With a background in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
A high level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
