Job Title: Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in helping individuals, groups, and corporations reduce the financial burdens of healthcare. You'll promote awareness of our health plans, engage clients with our wide range of services—including consultations, inpatient and outpatient care, dental and emergency services—and contribute significantly to the overall performance of the Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
Set, monitor, and adjust sales goals as needed
Develop individual targets and assign territories to team members
Drive performance to meet or exceed sales targets
Implement new products and services with current and prospective clients
Create strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve 100% of assigned goals
Grow and manage the customer base
Prepare and submit timely sales reports
Provide performance feedback and coaching
Handle other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare sales management preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a passion for customer service
Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution
Professional, ethical, and driven
Experienced in leading and developing high-performing teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Strong understanding of insurance or healthcare concepts is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Healthcare, or related field
