Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Screening:
-Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, databases, networking) to find qualified Medical Coders and related healthcare professionals.
-Identify and reach out to passive candidates who possess the necessary skills and certifications, such as CPC, CCS, or other relevant medical coding credentials.
-Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical skills, certifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
-Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and position requirements for Medical Coders.
-Provide regular updates on sourcing efforts, including candidate pipelines and the progress of open roles.
Candidate Pipeline Management:
-Build and maintain a strong talent pool of qualified Medical Coders to support current and future hiring needs.
-Develop and nurture relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Job Marketing & Branding:
-Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions and posts for Medical Coding positions.
-Promote the company’s culture and values to attract top-tier talent through various channels.
Market Intelligence & Research:
-Stay up to date on industry trends, compensation rates, and certification requirements for Medical Coders to adjust sourcing strategies as needed.
-Leverage industry knowledge to target specific coding specialties and levels of experience (e.g., inpatient, outpatient, ICD-10, CPT, etc.).
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on medical coding or healthcare-related roles.
-Proven experience sourcing candidates for specialized roles such as Medical Coders, Billing Specialists, or other healthcare positions.
-Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
-Must be willing to work on a hybrid set-up in Ortigas, Pasig City.
-Must have experience in hiring medical coders
