Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing:
○ Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach, to identify and attract top talent.
○ Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for both technical and non-technical positions.
2. Candidate Assessment:
○ Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
○ Use behavioral and situational interviewing techniques to assess candidate competencies.
3. Client Collaboration:
○ Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
○ Provide expertise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
4. One-Time Placement Focus:
○ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for one-time placements, ensuring timely and successful candidate placements.
○ Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure high satisfaction levels.
5. Reporting and Metrics:
○ Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies and processes.
○ Prepare regular reports on candidate pipelines, placements, and market trends for internal stakeholders.
6. Industry Networking:
○ Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and enhance the company’s presence in the market.
○ Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies to better serve clients and candidates.
7. Mentorship and Training:
○ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters and team members, sharing best practices and industry knowledge.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong emphasis on both technical and non-technical roles.
• Proven experience in handling one-time placements successfully.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with data-driven recruitment strategies.
• Familiarity with diverse industries and their respective hiring needs.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
