Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
Resolving complaints and problems with products or services.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Maintaining customer records by updating account information.
Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Important Skills:
Strong communication (verbal and written)
Patience and empathy
Problem-solving ability
Attention to detail
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
