Job Description
This includes implementing production schedules, ensuring quality control and workplace safety, maintaining documentation. The role also involves interpreting cuttings lists, optimizing material usage, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
The Supervisor must be organized, focused, and proactive in addressing issues, and reporting progress
Job Qualifications:
Educational Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Industrial Technology, Furniture and Cabinet making, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of Supervisory experience in a joinery or modular cabinet production setting
Experience working in a factory-based or custom-fit joinery operation is preferred.
Strong Leadership and people management abilities
Highly organized, attentive to detail, and results-driven
Excellent communication, and coordination skills across departments.
Problem-solving mindset, especially in fast-paced production settings
