Job Description
1. Includes analyzing drawings, specifications, and site requirements to provide competitive and precise pricing.
2. The Estimator also prepares Bill of Materials (BOM), Material Requisition Forms, and Job Orders for coordination with procurement and productive teams.
3. In periods when there are no active projects for quotation, the Joinery Estimator may be designated to assist with tasks within the Joinery Department, including support for production or field operations
Job Qualifications:
1. Educational Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil/ Industrial Engineering
2. Minimum of 2 years of Relevant experience in Estimating Joinery or Cabinetry Works
3. Hands-on knowledge of Modular and custom joinery systems is an Advantage
4. Proficient in Interpreting architectural/shop drawings and specifications
5. Good Knowledge of Joinery materials, hardware, production processes
6. Familiar with costing principles and estimating tools like Excel, Maxcut, Planswift, etc.
7. Ability to manage multiple task, and deadlines
8. Flexible and willing to assist in other operational areas when needed

- ₱35,000.00 Monthly
