Job Description

Location: 2Ecom, Pasay (near Mall of Asia) - Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday (9-hour shifts)

Other Details:
— Shifts: 12NN–9PM / 9PM–6AM
— On-call/Remote Support on weekends as needed
— Preferably someone who can start ASAP

Qualifications:
— 1–2 years of onsite IT support experience
— Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
— Proficient in troubleshooting Windows/macOS, O365, and basic network issues
— Experience using ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)
— Strong communication skills and attention to detail
— Certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus

Key Responsibilities:
— End-user support (in-person and remote)
— Hardware and software troubleshooting
— Setup for new joiners
— Basic network support and collaboration with global IT teams
— Documentation and reporting
Salary:
₱25,000.00 Monthly
