Job Description

Encode, post and process journal entries, invoices and disbursement vouchers to ensure all business transactions were properly posted at the end of the day with Quickbooks.
Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations.
Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Assist Finance Head in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
Work with auditors/ consultants on accounting and tax reports.
Check BIR tax reports prepared by tax associate to ensure the correct calculation & tax law application.
Other Ad hoc works as requested by management from time to time.
