Job Description
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
* CPA certification is preferred
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industry
* Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet applications
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the interpretation of financial data
* Excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity for cross-functional collaboration
* Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Reconcile bank statements and financial records regularly.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Collaborate with auditors during financial audits.
Identify and implement process improvements for financial efficiency.
