Sales Audit

Check the completeness of DSR documents reported by all stores.
In charge in getting the sales figure of all stores and compare to the POS.
Monitor all cash deposit of all stores based from the daily bank statement and from the passbook.
In charge in getting the cash card transaction per date in the store with detailed description in Cash, Charge, Gift Certificate, Total deposits per day and per store monthly.
Report unaudited sales weekly.
Inform the store on Sales Findings/Issue memo, stating the discrepancies on the report, insufficient data, lacking sales invoice slips/charge slip and cash shortages.
Prepare and submit Audited Monthly Sales of all stores for rental purposes.
Prepares Audited monthly sales of the stores that meets the monthly set quota for incentive purposes.
Maintains files of daily sales summary per month of each store.
Prepares year –end report and year-end incentive.
Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Applicants with Accounting experience is an advantage.
Must be people-oriented, hardworking, analytical, and willing to learn.
Computer literate with knowledge in Accounting Software and can work under pressure.
Fresh graduate’s applicants are encouraged to apply.
