Job Description

The Relocation Specialist will act independently and collaboratively to manage relocation and
retention logistics for arriving candidates. They will take ownership of the arrival, onboarding,
and retention of arriving candidates while providing a high level of customer service for both
candidates and clients.
Responsibilities:
● Manage complex relocation and travel logistics for arriving candidates from visa
issuance to retention guarantee periods
● Manage relocation training and education for arriving candidates
● Manage complex resource management (CSM) systems
● Prepare and aid candidates for employment and onboarding
● Oversee candidates’ relocation essentials. Including but not limited to initial housing,
retention follow-ups, reimbursements, etc.
● Initiate and respond to correspondence as well as handle confidential and non-routine
information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
● Prepare reports and track company/candidate data along with personal metrics
● Participate in marketing strategies and projects
● Work independently and/or within a team on ongoing and special non-recurring
projects
● At the request of leadership, act as a project manager for special projects
● Act as a liaison with outside agencies, third parties, and departments
● Utilize strong interpersonal skills to establish a positive candidate experience by
communicating with international candidates via email, phone, and video call
● Proactively engage with candidates and leverage established conversation guides to
connect and educate candidates
● Provide excellent customer service to candidates and clients via phone and other
communication platforms
● Coordinate and manage coding and billing processes for reimbursements and other
resource aids
● Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during candidates' travels, offering
timely assistance and solutions.

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree preferred
● Customer Service experience Required
● May occasionally need to work outside standard operating hours for emergency
situations
● High degree of empathy
● Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain calm when dealing with heightened
emotions
● High organization and problem-solving skills
● Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Email, and Word
