Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Helpdesk Support specialist to assist healthcare professionals and patients with technical support for healthcare systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to healthcare systems and equipment.

Provide support for electronic health records (EHR) systems, patient management software, and other healthcare technologies.

Document and track support requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues and implement system improvements.

Train healthcare staff on best practices and new software tools as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).

Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a healthcare environment preferred.

Familiarity with healthcare systems, including EHR software and HIPAA compliance.

Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
