Requirements:

- Associate's degree or relevant coursework in Human Resources or Psychology.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in organizational development, administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
