Job Description
Position: Sales and Retention Representative

Work Schedule: Graveyard Shift
Salary: Php 23,000-Php 28,000
Work Set Up: Work on Site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor Degree Holder
✨ At least 1 year of BPO experience handling sales and retention accounts
✨ Can start as soon as possible
✨ Willing to work in Graveyard Shift
✨ Willing to work in Taguig City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Handle and understand the needs, concerns, and resolve issues of the customer
✨ Handle the customer to the features and benefits of the product and upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to sales targets.
✨ Create a retention strategy to prevent customer churn and foster loyalty.
✨ Identify and resolve customer issues to enhance satisfaction and prevent churn.
✨ Handle the customer when it understands and reviewing service contracts.
