Job Description
We’re looking for motivated and service-driven individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. Whether you’re a fresh graduate or have no prior call center experience, we welcome you to apply and grow with us!
Required Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old and currently living within Metro Manila
Senior High School graduate (new curriculum), High School graduate (old curriculum), or college undergraduate/graduate of any course
Strong communication skills and willingness to work onsite on a shifting schedule
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with questions, concerns, or service needs in a clear and professional manner
Provide accurate information and solutions while maintaining a positive experience
Manage inquiries and document customer interactions effectively
Work Environment & Perks:
Earn up to PHP 27,000
