If you're a high school graduate (Old curriculum) or an ALS graduate, and you have strong communication skills, we’d love to hear from you! This opportunity is perfect for those looking to start a career in customer service and technology.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with technical issues related to healthcare products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems through clear, easy-to-understand explanations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.

Needed Qualifications:

- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Currently residing in Metro Manila
- At least 18 years old
- College fresh graduates and undergraduates of any course are welcome to apply
- High school graduates (Old curriculum) or SHS graduates (new curriculum) are welcome to apply
- No call center experience required, but helpful
