Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding service through clear and professional communication
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns with a positive and helpful attitude
Work collaboratively with the team to meet service targets and maintain customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
Senior High School Graduate, High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), or ALS Graduate
Strong English communication skills
