As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Streaming Services Account, you'll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide world-class support for streaming-related concerns. If you have a passion for entertainment and helping people, this role is perfect for you!
Qualifications
- HIgh School/Senior High School Graduate
- At least 6 months BPO experience (voice or blended account preferred)
- Strong English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
